Located less than a block from the sands of Pismo State Beach near the Oceano Dunes Recreation Area this home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, fenced backyard and deck with views of the Pacific Ocean and the beach.All of the bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, and the upstairs living room has additional sleeping in the living room on a sofa sleeper accommodating up to 8 guests.The master suite is open, filled with light, and has an airy feeling on a sunny day (which we have a lot of!) The attached master bath has a combo tub/shower, dual vanity, and walk-in closet.The second bedroom is also located on the second floor with the main living area and master suite. The second bath has a shower only and is just across the hall from the second bedroom.The third bedroom and bath are downstairs, the bath is equipped with a tub/shower combo and an oversized and modern bowl-style sink.Both kitchens are fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, and flatware perfect for any home chef, and who couldn’t use an extra oven on Thanksgiving? There are gas BBQ’s on the deck and in the backyard.When you’re not searching for seashells or adventuring on the dunes you’ll be able to keep the kids entertained or up to date on your favorite series with the WiFi enabled TV’s in the living rooms. WiFi is always included at no additional charge, but there is no cable/satellite service.There is ample off-street parking with the garage and driveway and additional parking space to the side of the driveway. Coin-operated washer and dryer (potentially shared if the small rental next door is occupied long-term) is located in a laundry room by the garage.This property does not have air conditioning.
