Welcome to Rossie Hill Hideaway!

The perfect location for your next ski vacation! This brand-new, custom-built home is centrally located, just 3 minutes to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge and historic Park City Main Street. Located just 400 feet from the nearest bus stop, you’ll be able to explore all that Park City has to offer! Whether you’re hitting the slopes or visiting the shops on Main, you’ll be thrilled to come home to this immaculate 4-bedroom home at the end of the day.

Walking into the home, you’re greeted with a beautifully modern open-concept living and kitchen area. Light from the picture windows makes this room feel extra spacious. You can curl up on the couch to enjoy the fireplace or watch your favorite show on the flatscreen Smart TV. The kitchen features Thermador appliances and is outfitted with all of the essentials for a home-cooked meal. There is seating for 8 at the dining room table and additional seating for 3 is provided at the countertop bar.

Also located on the entry floor is a beautiful half bathroom and a mudroom that provides plenty of storage for your ski gear.

Moving upstairs, the Master bedroom features a plush king bed and futon sofa. A Smart TV with streaming capabilities is available for your enjoyment. Step into the en suite bathroom and you will be welcomed by the large soaking tub, walk-in glass shower, and double-sink vanity.

As you make your way downstairs, there is an additional living space that is the perfect spot to gather for a movie night or get your group together for some games. A large, comfortable sectional provides plenty of space for your group to gather, while the wet bar is the perfect place to store all of your snacks. A convenient full bathroom is located off the living area.

Also located downstairs are three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, Smart TV, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a King bed. Lastly, the third bedroom is perfect for the kids! It is outfitted with two twin beds and a Smart TV. This room also has a full en suite bathroom.

All guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
Please be aware that there is construction happening nearby and it may be noisy at times.

Parking Details:
One car garage.
The driveway is shared with the neighbors, so there is no parking on the driveway whatsoever.
No parking on-street in winter months.

This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
