Entering the home on the first floor, guests are greeted with a secondary master bedroom and a spacious den. The secondary master features a top-of-the-line king bed, pull-out couch, full en suite, and access to an outdoor deck area with fireplace and valley views. The den, which includes 3 convenient pull-out beds, comfortably fits large groups. It’s a perfect space for catching up on Sundance movies or letting the kids play after a day exploring Park City.
Heading upstairs, guests will find the main living space and kitchen. The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line appliances and is equipped with every tool a novice cook or pro chef could need. Enjoy a drip coffee in the morning and an added bonus of a butler’s kitchen, great for larger groups. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the island bar. Enjoy a private balcony off of this area as well as a cozy living space with Samsung flat screen tv, comfortable seating, and a gas fireplace.
The second floor also features a guest bedroom with two queen beds and storage space. A full bathroom and a half bath off the hallway make accommodating large groups much easier. This floor also includes a full laundry room with all the necessary amenities for longer stays.
Finally, guests will find the primary master bedroom on the third floor, as well as another private deck with an oversized hot tub. The master bedroom comes with a beautiful en suite, a full walk-in closet, and a secondary washer and dryer set. Relax in the king-sized bed situated in front of a private fireplace and flat-screen TV.
This home comes with a two-car garage, and guest parking space. Two of the showers are flush with the floor and accessible for guests with mobility difficulties.
All guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to safety risks, no child under the age of 13 may operate this elevator without adult supervision. Adults should secure children while entering, riding, and exiting the elevator
- The individual booking this home must be present in the reservation and stay.
- No animals, pets, or emotional support animals are permitted at this property at any time due to severe owner allergies. Service animals will be allowed with documentation.
There is a two-car garage available for your use and two parking spots in the driveway as well.
Please do not park on the street or you could get a ticket.
There is a paid parking lot located across the street for additional parking.
This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
