This private and independent villa is situated in an easily accessible and elevated position, providing a beautiful view of the surrounding valley and the city of Cortona, just a few minutes’ drive away. For the more active guests, the walk from the villa to Cortona can be a pleasant and invigorating excursion. Villa Luana’s central location allows easy access to the most beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian cities with amazing daily trips.
Villa Luana is set within a property of over 5,000 m2, completely fenced and protected by an entrance gate. It features private parking and expansive outdoor spaces for pleasant and relaxing days. The villa spans two levels connected internally and by an external staircase. The ground floor is easily accessible from the car park, while the upper floor houses the garden with a beautiful panoramic infinity pool (4×9 meters) surrounded by sun loungers and a shaded pergola. Additionally, a patio with a dining table and a barbecue offers the perfect setting for open-air meals. The garden provides a panoramic view of the valley, making the sunset a highlight of your stay in Tuscany!
Interior:
Villa Luana boasts spacious (approximately 150m2) and comfortable interiors, blending traditional characteristics (terracotta floors, stone construction, exposed Lego beams) with contemporary elements and materials. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed.
On the ground floor, an open space welcomes you with a beautiful living room featuring a large corner sofa, followed by a convivial area—a modern kitchen complete with everything needed for meal preparation and a wooden dining table. The ground floor also includes a laundry room, storage space, the first double bedroom with a unique corner double bed, hydromassage tub with chromotherapy and music, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower featuring a waterfall effect, nebulization, and chromotherapy. The ground floor is completed by a second bathroom.
A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor, dedicated to the sleeping area. Here, you’ll find a second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a French window with direct access to the panoramic terrace, and the third double bedroom with a panoramic view. In front of the third bedroom is a bathroom complete with a shower featuring a waterfall effect and hydromassage. The first floor living area includes a sofa bed that can be transformed into a double sofa bed and a hideaway kitchenette corner. The living area opens onto the veranda with a dining table and a barbecue for enjoying meals in the open air.
All rooms in Villa Luana offer free Wi-Fi internet connection and mosquito nets. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms (additional charges based on consumption). Animals are not allowed. Baby cot and highchair are included upon request.
