The ground floor offers a living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a central island, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, and a cozy living room with satellite TV, sofas, and a fireplace. All ground floor rooms have direct access to the outside. The first floor houses the sleeping area, with a striking suite featuring a double bed, chaise longue, and an open bath. The room includes a double washbasin and a bathroom with doors separating the toilet and shower. Two additional tasteful double rooms and a bathroom with shower complete the sleeping area. A few meters from the villa, the annex features a romantic double bedroom with an armchair and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
