"Everything in Paris was wonderful. The apartment was perfect for us ( Elegant Champs-Elysées 1 Bedroom) and Joseph is a real delightful person. We enjoyed him almost as much as the apartment :) The car service was perfect both on pick up and on our return to the airport. The apartment is in a wonderful location with many good restaurants and lots of convenience to bakeries, chocolate shops, upscale shopping, the metro and even groceries. We had a delightful and memorable time. Thank you again for all your help and patience with our many questions. December 23th, 2011"

"Dear Mitch and Time and Place.
It is our last day in Buenos Aires and we are all sad to leave this beautiful apartment ( Recoleta Refined) and this lovely city. We have enjoyed everything, we have toured every neighborhood, shopped every market and dined at some of the best restaurants we have ever eaten in- all Ariel\'s recommendations!
The location of the apartment is perfect and we loved living the space and the comfort for spending time together as a family. We will definitely be back.
Warm regards,
Marguerite, John, Lindsey and Cameron.

"Just finished up a weekend at the Clifton with my husband. We stayed in the Monticello suite, which is in the main part of the inn, and couldn\'t have asked for better accommodations. There were only two rooms nearby and we never heard or saw anyone else coming or going from these rooms. We had a view of the sunset and a view of the pool/waterfall. We were concerned about noise since we were above the restaurant dining room, but honestly we turned in early both nights and were not bothered by noise at all. It may be louder in the warmer months when perhaps more of the evening diners are out on the veranda. And for those concerned about stinkbugs, we saw only two the entire weekend and they kept their distance :)
A couple things that I wanted to clear up for others: there are complimentary pastries, coffee, tea, and juice in the morning (pastries are divine), but then you can purchase a true entree from the menu to go with it- most ranged from $13 to $14 dollars. Also, afternoon tea is included and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. If you don\'t like tea they also offered us hot cider. They brought four fresh pastries and berries with lemon curd out for each of us- I was in heaven.
We dined one night at the restaurant and our dinner was exquisite in every way. I don\'t think I\'ve had better food, atmosphere, service, etc.
Best of all, I loved that every time we walked in the front door to the inn, someone wholeheartedly said \"Welcome back!\" And we will most definitely be back.

"Just back from 10 days in the heart of the 5th where, after trips to Paris hotels on both banks (Relais Christine in the 6th and the Inter-Continental in the 1st), we went with Time & Place Homes and booked a 2-bdrm Apt for our family of 6 (including 15/8/6/6). Located in the restaurant-heavy zone just off Place St. Michel, a stone\'s throw from the Seine and an easy stroll to Notre Dame. We LOVED the place, and found it to be a superb step up from luxury hotel cocooning, where one might need to use a hotel to get a \"lay of the land.\" Our apartment included all of the elements of a luxury hotel setup, plus a full kitchen, living room with pullout couch, floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the street below (but wonderfully quiet with the windows shut), a phenomenal espresso machine, cable TV (for access to BBC and CNN), dishwasher, washer/dryer (perfect for minimizing overpacking concerns), and 2 full bathrooms. Time & Place includes a very personable and knowledgable local manager for the properties, who act as expert concierge and who were at our complete beck and call. Our kids loved the daily interaction with locals, from the daily morning trip to the corner boulangerie for croissants to the nightly purchase of crepes. They came back with a very personal sense of the city\'s layout, lifestyle, and not incidentally the language, that would have been far less intimately accessible from the various hotel alternatives. This choice was also a value proposition compared to obtaining 2 adjoining hotel rooms in a luxury boutique hotel for 10 days. Cannot possibly recommend it more highly. "This beautiful apartment (Recoleta Refined, Buenos Aires, Argentina) is in a very safe and beautiful street in Recoleta. It is accessible to every possible thing you could wish for, including restaurants, shopping, cinemas and services. The apartment is more than satisfactory for two people. The jewel in the crown of leasing this apartment is the Time and Place Manager/Concierge W. Ariel Lopez, who is the consummate professional and \'go to\' gentleman. Ariel is most gracious and has an excellent local knowledge not to mention his culinary expertise. He is so reliable and helpful and everything is done with a smile. Time and Place is special because of W. Ariel Lopez and his English puts our Spanish to shame! Bravo Ariel!"
