It is a 10 min drive from the airport and the centre of town and very close to many desirable locations such as Es Torent beach, Sa Caleta beach, Cala Jundal, Blue Marlin, Salinas beach, etc. It's super convenient to get around the island's prime and desirable locations.
It has an uninterrupted beachfront view that can enjoy from every room in the house and a large pool deck. It has five large bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom (with the largest being the master bedroom upstairs), Gym, kitchen, TV-Room, Dining room, Living rooms in and outdoor, Outdoor dining room, Outdoor built-in BBQ, Guest bathrooms, Personnel bedroom, Walk in fridge, Laundry room, Storage room, Garage for two cars, Very large garden.
