The villa is situated in the exclusive Can Furnet urbanization in Jesus, 5 minutes from Ibiza town and Talamanca beach. The Villa is very secure with a 24 hour manned security gate and use of private tennis courts and restaurant. In spite of its proximity to town, the property is located on the edge of a nature reserve. In the surroundings you will find a golf course. The famous clubs are approximately 4 km away. There is calm at the sandy beach in the bay of Talamanca, which is located 3 km away. The house is 3 years old, it has 4 double bedrooms all with en suites and own terraces. The main living area is double height with 6 meter ceilings. Open plan fully equipped kitchen over looking the infinity pool. Large terraces with new sun lounges.
