This is a two bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a 1930 building located in a secluded private courtyard. It is adjacent to the famous place de la Contrescarpe, and was just recently completely renovated to contemporary standards . Its ideal location is perfect for those who want to explore Paris but also want to inhabit it like a native. It is literally minutes away from Notre Dame and the Sorbonne. Spaciously organized with an area of 75 square meters (810 sq.ft ), the apartment offers ample living space with luminous living areas, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and two modern bathrooms with a toilet each.
Glass material and limestone finish are the recurring theme of this newly renovated apartment. Living room area composed of 2 sofas upholstered in natural sand color and fabric (cotton and linen). The Isamu Noguchi free form coffee table stands on a shimmery shag rug. The wall to wall graphic art work enlights the neutral palette of colors and materials with vivid red hue (Mathieu Ducourneau).
Adjacent to the living space, the dining room displays a rectangular glass top Le Corbusier table and Ultrasuede Nobilis poufs. The two niches open onto the corridor to allow maximum light flow throughout the apartment.
Smooth toweled limestone finish in neutral tones has horizontal lines whose uniformity ties the rooms together and visually expands the space.
