This modern 35 square meters one bedroom apartment has been designed to offer the comfort usually offered in bigger spaces. the apartment offers comfortable living space with a luminous salon, comfortable bedroom, equipped kitchen.
Elegant furnished, the apartment comes with a range of services included such as housecleaning once a week, TV with cable, high speed internet access, telephone for local outgoing and all incoming calls, air conditioning, washer/dryer.
Entrance door opens directly onto the living room. Living space bathed by the light of a string of full size windows facing south west. Nice and clear view from the 2 small balconies. The comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Eating area with a high table and bar stools can entertain setting for 4 guests by reuniting the high table against the kitchen bar.
