The dining table is situated between the living room and kitchen, near the fireplace, in front of a pair of French doors that look out onto the large deck, beach and ocean. The kitchen is a masterpiece that any chef or cooking hobbyist will enjoy using. All stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Gas fueled range and oven. Breakfast bar that also looks out over the deck to the beach and ocean. Recycled glass countertops and custom cabinetry complete the space. The laundry closet and half bath are located just off the entry foyer through antique Philippine doors on saloon style hinges with frosted glass inlays. This property does not have air conditioning. Guest Access is limited to the first floor, second floor and above are private to the owner who is not present when the property is rented.
