In 1971, a famous Hollywood clothing designer had a 3-bedroom 6500 sq ft house + 1-bedroom guest house built for lavish entertaining. He located it in the Andreas Hills neighborhood in South Palm Springs, just off the Bogart Trail, surrounding it with mountains and breathtaking views. A complete architectural interior and exterior renovation in 2004 has now turned the original house into a contemporary jewel.
