This designer-perfect mid-century 4000 square foot house was designed and built in 1960 by famed architect and dean of architecture at UCLA Richard Anderson as his primary residence, and it has been completely restored by Architectural Digest-published designer Steven Wilder.  Designed around six 18-foot tall lava rock pillars between giant sheets of glass rising to vaulted ceilings, this architecturally significant home has been featured in L.A. Magazine and on Home & Garden TV, NBC's Mansion and Millionaires, and Extra!. Its classic, beautiful design has made it a favorite photo and TV shooting location for Vogue, Vanity Fair, MTV, VH1, and many others.

The home is located just off the famous Mulholland Drive, at the very top of the beautiful Hollywood Hills on a quiet, private, secure cul-du-sac street.  Its hillside setting provides complete privacy in all parts of the house and grounds, making it a refuge of calm.
