This remarkable estate, located just 6 miles from the chic beachfront town of La Barra and 10 miles from the even more exclusive town of Jose Ignacio, Pure Life is perfect for both grand-scale entertaining (such as weddings, corporate events, and large family reunions) as well as relaxing vacations for family and friends enjoying luxurious days near the sea and glamorous nights dining and simply enjoying one another's company.

Pure Life was designed by famed architect Martin Gomez, who has been the architect for some of Argentina and Uruguay's most spectacular private residences. One enters this estate past the guard house via a tree-covered drive which circles back towards the Atlantic where arriving guests are first struck by the commanding U-shaped stone structure. The west side of this residence embraces a large soccer field (superb as a wedding venue as well as adult/child play area) and also includes a small swimming pool.

The East side of this home is a wall of windows and doors (floor to ceiling glass) looking out beyond the two lane road and wild sandy beach to the crashing waves of the Atlantic. Also on the east side of the home is a striking large rectangular lap pool and spa with generous surrounding deck area.

Entry:
One enters this residence under a vine covered pergola through antique10 foot high double doors where one passes under a ballroom-sized chandelier, making for a grand entrance to this uniquely grand estate.

Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen:
This stunning 1800 square foot open space is anchored on the North end by an oversized fireplace and seating area and on the South end by a commercial grade kitchen, designed by the owners, who are the proprietors of ten of South America's most well known restaurants. In the middle of this grand space is a wonderful curved staircase draped in white gauze as well as dining area which comfortably seats 18. All of these spaces overlook the pool and Atlantic Ocean beyond.

Additional Dining/Cooking/Entertaining Areas:
In addition to the commercial quality indoor kitchen and formal dining table ,seating 18, guests can expand their dining and entertaining areas onto the deck surrounding the pool (and adjacent to the Atlantic) where there is an additional dining area for yet another 18 guests. This dining area is flanked on both North and South sides by handsome wood burning fireplaces. On the West side of the estate there is a covered barbecue area with immense outdoor fireplace as well as a stove for baking bread and pizza with outdoor farm sink and serving buffet for yet another 18 dinner guests so…… one could host a dinner party with pre-existing seating for 54 guests if so desired.

Master Suites:
On the second floor there are 2 virtually identical, all-white master suites, one of which is on the North end and the other which is on the South end and both of which have expansive decks----- which come together in the middle with a shared outdoor spa---- overlooking the ocean. Each of the master suites enjoys large walk-in closets. Each master suite also boasts double sinks, large countertops, and oversized double shower with beautiful stainless steel industrial fixtures.

Other Bedrooms in Main House:
The second floor of the main house has two smaller bedrooms, each with en-suite bath. Each of these bedrooms has two twin beds and has been decorated with girls and boys in mind.

Guest House Accommodations:
Bordering the West side swimming pool are guest house accommodations, which feature 2 bedrooms separated by a living room area (which could also serve as a seventh bedroom). Each of the guest house rooms has en-suite baths as well.

Additional Outdoor Spaces:
Adjacent to the soccer field and swimming pool is a small family room with fireplace and full bath that could easily be converted into yet another bedroom or guest space. This small building can also effectively be used as a pool house changing area.
