One of the most sought after Punta luxury vacation home rentals is this large, rambling waterfront Mediterranean villa. As one of Punta's finest luxury villa rentals, few can compare to La Reserva. Beautifully situated amidst lush gardens and towering trees, this large and rather classic estate fronts La Barra's beautiful lake which opens to the Atlantic Ocean. Indeed, our guests simply walk from the expansive back lawn to our beach on the lake and then a mere 100 yards to the ocean.

La Reserva has abundant and varied sleeping accommodations with the ability to sleep as many as 30 guests, although we discourage more than 20 houseguests at one time. Again, our guests will enjoy the extraordinary Time and Place concierge services, in addition to daily maid service, pool service and a cook 3 days a week making La Reserva one of Punta's most exclusive resorts, available only to you and your guests.

Living Room/Dining Room/Library:
All of these handsome rooms are oriented to a large, beautifully furnished terrace beyond which lies the pool, backyard gardens, and waterfront beyond. The dining room, facing the pool and lake, comfortably seats 16 around beautiful wood tables and is a light-filled space. In addition, there is an outside dining pavilion under a pergola with seating for an additional 24 guests. This dining pavilion is flanked by a large cooking fireplace and charming old pizza oven.

The living room is a cozy sitting area with seating for 15. French doors open to the pool and grand terrace beyond.

Adjacent to the living room is the warm and handsome library with fireplace. This library has a TV/DVD, charming bar with seating for 8 to enjoy a fire on a cool evening or cocktails before dinner. French doors also lead outside to the lush gardens.

Outdoor Media Room:
Between November and May, the owners of this wonderful estate have set up an outdoor media theatre with large projector for guests to enjoy during those delightful summer months in Punta.

Kitchen:
A grand kitchen, equipped for the most demanding chef or caterer , has two large refrigerators, two stoves (totaling 10 burners) and abundant prep areas in this large and well-stocked space.

Master Suites with Adjoining Office:
Both master suites are on the second floor and enjoy commanding views of the lake and gardens. Each of the master suites has an en-suite bath with double sinks and comfortable showers—one of which also enjoys beautiful lake views. Both master suites open to a large deck with comfortable furnishings for relaxation and sun bathing. Separating the 2 master suites is an office/TV room with French doors which also lead to the deck overlooking the lake. The Eastern most master suite has a very large bedroom area with a combined office and bathroom.

Other Bedrooms:

Lakefront Bedroom:
On the second floor is a smaller bedroom with en-suite bath which also enjoys views of the lake and gardens. This bedroom has a queen sized bed.

Multiple Other Bedrooms:
Throughout this expansive residence are numerous other bedrooms suitable for adults and children and can be configured to accommodate a variety of guests and staff.
