This stunning white contemporary is a glamorous yet inviting residence, strategically situated just 40 meters from the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Boasting as many as 8 bedrooms and 6 baths, this beautifully appointed home will satisfy the most discriminating clientele.


Entry
The walled entry of Blanco y Blanco is a wonderful foil for the grand and elegant beachfront home behind this modest entry courtyard. Indeed, this oceanfront estate becomes your own private Punta luxury hotel and resort. As the photos illustrate, this crisp white, contemporary residence maximizes views of the pristine beach and Atlantic beyond. All of the common rooms and five of the six-eight bedrooms enjoy ocean views as well. And, of course, our guests enjoy the amazing Time and Place concierge services—as well as daily maid service, pool service, cook for three days per week—all included in the weekly fee.

Living Room(s):
One of the most tantalizing features of this property is the common living areas—all of which are, of course, oriented towards the ocean. Chief among these is the dramatic double living room, where both of these living rooms are anchored on one side by a large fireplace and on the Easy side by the heated swimming pool and hypnotic waves of the Atlantic. The northern most living room features all white couches and chaises with seating for eight, oriented towards the fireplace and sea beyond. The second living room is a dramatic sunken area—again anchored by a dramatic fireplace. It is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass overlooking the ever changing Atlantic Ocean. Inviting and yet chic, the all white décor seats at least 10 comfortably and is conducive to both formal and informal gatherings.

Outdoor Living:
Beyond the double living room is a generous wood deck with heated swimming pool—all within 40 meters of the Ocean. Surrounding the pool is outdoor seating with large couch and four chaises all covered in crisp white linen. In addition, there is a covered terrace for outdoor dining with seating for 10, again with stunning oceanfront views and sounds.

Dining Rooms:
The elevated interior dining room comfortably seats 8 guests and can possibly be expanded to seat more if necessary. This dining area is adjacent to both living rooms and the kitchen. There is, of course, also plentiful outdoor dining with seating for 10.

Kitchen:
The eat-in kitchen is large and light filled with a five burner stove and all the necessary appliances for cooks or caterers. It is situated adjacent to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. In addition, there is a large outdoor barbecue flanking the outdoor dining terrace.

Master Suite:
Strategically located on the second floor of your own private five star hotel, this master suite features queen sized bed, spectacular ocean views (complimented by those amazing rhythmic compounding waves)—that you'll also enjoy from your own very private master suite terrace (accessed only from the master suite). In addition, there is a fireplace, sitting area with TV, and generous walk in closet. The master bath is a beautiful, light-filled space boasting double sinks with expansive counters, spa tub, large double shower, and separate bidet and toilet rooms.

Other Bedrooms (5 Bedrooms not including principle master suite):
First floor Oceanfront suite:
On the north end of the first floor is a large, light filled oceanfront suite which could also serve as a second master. This luxurious bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with double sink. This suite has its own private oceanfront terrace, allowing for delightful private moments enjoying Punta's luxurious beach.

First Floor Oceanfront bedroom:
The second bedroom on the main level also enjoys ocean views but is considerably smaller in dimension than the master. It has a queen bed and en-suite bath with small walk in closet.

First floor Garden Bedroom:
The third bedroom on the third floor faces the large private garden and has French doors leading to this well-landscaped courtyard. This bedroom also has a queen sized bed and en-suite bath as well as a small walk-in closet.

Ground Floor Bedrooms:
Both of the ground floor bedrooms are oceanfront and have French doors leading to the lawn and the beach beyond. These two bedrooms each have queen sized beds and share a bathroom.

Other Possible Sleeping Accommodations (on first floor):
If there were a need for additional sleeping accommodations there are 2 small staff bedrooms (each with single beds) that share a bath.
