BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each room offers premium bedding, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring either a large walk-in shower or a relaxing shower/tub combination. The primary suite boasts a cozy lounge space, a gas fireplace, a large balcony, and a massive walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom features a stunning two-person shower and a separate soaking tub. An additional half bath is located on the main level.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The chef’s kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, with sleek, spacious countertops that are perfect for both preparation and serving. Equipped with stainless steel Subzero and Wolf appliances, a butler’s pantry, and a breakfast nook overlooking the expansive lounge. A large formal dining area with a custom chandelier adds to the dining experience. The lounge itself features plush furniture, a flat-screen HDTV, and a stunning wet bar with seating for three. An additional lounge space is located on the other side of the dining room.

A cozy room with four large theater-style recliner chairs, pillows and blankets, and an overstuffed bean bag chair. It features a massive screen and a projector so you can stream all your favorite shows and movies.

The surrounding walls and greenery create a secluded ambiance, perfect for spending long days in the pool, relaxing in the spa, or simply enjoying your morning coffee on the comfy patio furniture. The front of the home is gated for added security.
Guest Access:
You will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including indoor amenities, the pool, and spa. Entertain yourself with the entertainment system and fast WiFi throughout the home. Make the most of the beautifully decorated kitchen and lounge spaces, spending quality time at the wet bar. Parking is available behind the gate. Please note that this home accommodates 10 guests. If your group exceeds this number, kindly inform us about any additional guests before check-in. Groups of 10 or more are not allowed unless approved in advance.
House Rules:
Please be aware that the villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and all noise and music must be kept indoors at a reasonable level by 9-10 PM. The neighbors are sensitive to noise, so it’s crucial to maintain a respectful and reasonable noise level at all times. Loud music, loud guests entering or leaving the property in the street, or excessive noise around the pool area are not permitted.
Pool heating is available for an extra charge of $300 for setup and an additional $100 per day. The house is equipped with civilian security cameras (outdoor only), and covering them is not allowed, as it will result in immediate eviction.

Extra Person Charge:
As per City of LA home sharing regulations, the overnight guest limit is calculated as the number of bedrooms x 2. An additional charge of $100 per guest per stay applies to overnight guests exceeding this limit (subject to approval).
