This contemporary remodel boasts over 3,700 square feet of indoor living space, complemented by an additional 20,000 square feet in a park-like outdoor setting. The home is meticulously designed and decorated, featuring cathedral ceilings, new appliances, and an abundance of natural light.
In addition to the luxurious indoor space, the sprawling outdoor area is a standout feature of this private property. It offers a pristine swimmer’s pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, multiple lounging areas, and a cozy fire pit. The lush surroundings, adorned with fruit trees and rose bushes, provide a sense of privacy and seclusion rarely found in such a centrally located property with easy access to top attractions.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Each of the three grand bedrooms exudes sophistication with upscale furniture, understated decor, and distinctive lighting fixtures creating a soothing ambiance. King-size mattresses, soft linens, plush pillows, and well-appointed ensuite bathrooms ensure absolute comfort.
The primary bedroom offers generous living space, a wall-mounted smart TV, a fireplace, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The private bathroom is as generous as the bedroom and features a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.
The second bedroom also boasts a wall-mounted smart TV and a private balcony. Its sleek ensuite bathroom showcases a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom embraces simple elegance in its predominantly white space, with bedside lamps perfect for bedtime reading. The luxurious ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

SHARK FEEDING:
Occurs twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, lasting 5 minutes (access needed to the living room).
Parking:
Private/gated driveway accommodates up to 8-10 cars.
No access to the garage.
