The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. Amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, WiFi, linens, a starter pack of soaps, paper products, coffee and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit sleeps four and a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED. You will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella in your private garage. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. ENHANCED CLEANING: Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between guests, implementing CDC guidelines including targeted cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, and remote controls. All linens and towels are washed and sanitized. Every rental is supplied with a fresh packet of disinfectant wipes for guest use. All common areas are cleaned daily and are set-up for social distancing. In addition, hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the property.
