The other two bedrooms are located in the front of the house and both offer twin size beds with a shared bathroom in between.The pool area has large comfortable outdoor seating for your enjoyment while hanging out at the pool. The pool can be heated during the colder days for an additional charge. Off the pool area, the dock was recently renovated offering a spot for you to park your boat at.Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
