Time & Place Homes, with a decade of experience in the luxury vacation rental industry and currently present in locations across the Americas and Europe, and led by one of the leading executives in the luxury travel industry.

“As an international lawyer with a hobby of collecting real estate, I sought the services of a five-star hotel but craved the anonymity, solitude and convenience of a private home,” said Mitch Willey, founder and president of Time & Place Homes. “The concept behind this company is to offer every conceivable service, yet protect the privacy of our guests,” he continued. “Many of our guests stay at multiple homes each year, while we take care of their every wish – but they have none of the hassles of owning a home or getting involved in a long-term agreement.”

We make sure that every Time & Place property meets the highest standards of luxury. Each property possesses historical and/or architectural significance, along with the best aesthetic and architectural improvements. We only consider properties that possess historical or architectural significance, and once we have approved a property for its aesthetic features, we insist upon the finest internal improvements as well. To guarantee the highest level of comfort for our guests, we require all of our properties to be carefully renovated with the finest features, such as Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchens, Frette and Mascioni linens, Waterworks fixtures, Penhaligon’s products, French antiques and lush swimming pools.

Personal concierges can arrange any services desired, such as: sessions with prescreened masseurs, private chefs, babysitters, personalized tours, private aerobics or yoga classes, cooking classes or golf instruction inside the home. The concierge will stock the kitchen with the guests’ favorite items, and make reservations for the best places to dine, golf or shop. Our concierge service works hard to insure that our guests are provided with a unique vacation experience.
